The booking is for exclusive use of the entire house for the dates and occupancy shown in the summary. The booking holder must be an adult. Capacity: up to 8 guests and up to 2 infants aged up to 24 months, as declared in the booking. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Any change to these times requires prior agreement.

Prices are in euros and include the services and taxes stated in the quote. Stays can be booked from one night. The minimum price is equivalent to 7 nights if the stay includes any night from June through September, and 5 nights during the rest of the year, based on the average nightly rate of the selected nights. Only actual nights of accommodation are blocked. Dates without a published rate cannot be booked online.

Payment: 25% when booking and 75% no later than one calendar month before arrival. If one calendar month or less remains, 100% is payable when booking. The summary shows exact amounts and due dates. The balance is not charged automatically. Requesting a quote does not hold dates or confirm a booking.

Process: select your dates and occupancy, review the price and terms, correct your information before submission, accept the terms and choose an available payment method. For bank transfers, instructions and the hold deadline appear in the private link. The booking is confirmed only after receipt is verified. A receipt submitted by a guest does not by itself prove receipt of funds. Dates may be released if a hold expires without verified payment. A payment issue or late transfer requires review and does not automatically confirm availability.

Security deposit: EUR 500, separate from the accommodation price. The security deposit will be arranged on arrival by means of a card deposit. It is released after the departure inspection if there is no damage attributable to the guest; the card issuer determines when the funds become available again. Any issue will be explained and supported before a deduction for damage is applied. Ordinary wear and tear is not chargeable damage.

Look after the house and its equipment and respect the neighbours. Children must be supervised by an adult, particularly around the pool, gym and football pitch. Report any issue to Joan so we can help. Traveller registration is handled separately through the procedure communicated before arrival.

Cancellation: the policy displayed with your quote and saved with the booking applies. Request cancellation by emailing fincasonset@gmail.com with your reference. Date or occupancy changes require agreement and availability and cannot be made unilaterally. Failure to pay the balance does not authorise automatic charges; we will contact the booking holder to resolve the situation.

Records and language: the complete contractual terms are provided in Spanish, with informative summaries in Spanish, English, German and French. The accepted text is saved with the booking, can be viewed and printed through the private link, and is included in the confirmation email where applicable. You may save or print the terms before booking. If you discover an error after submitting, please write to us.

Tourist accommodation booked for specific dates is exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103(l) of Spain’s consolidated General Consumer and User Protection Act. This does not remove the agreed cancellation policy or other legal rights. If the operator cannot provide the accommodation, amounts corresponding to the unprovided service will be refunded, without prejudice to other applicable rights.

Cancellation

More than 90 days before arrival: refund of 100% of the amount paid for accommodation. From 90 to 30 days before arrival, both inclusive: refund of 50% of that amount. With fewer than 30 days’ notice, early departure or no-show: no refund of accommodation payments. The security deposit is separate from these amounts. Request cancellation at fincasonset@gmail.com with your reference. Deadlines are calculated in calendar days using the date the email is received in Mallorca’s time zone (Europe/Madrid). These new terms do not apply to earlier bookings, which retain their accepted terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
